This Policy describes how Akezi, operated by Oligon Technology ("Controller"), processes the personal data of its users, in accordance with Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD — Brazil's General Data Protection Law).
We share only what is necessary: (i) between Client and Professional to enable the appointment; (ii) with authorities, when required by law; and (iii) with the processors/sub-processors listed below, who process data on our behalf and under contract. We do not sell your data.
Processors and sub-processors:
These processors may process data outside Brazil; in such cases, the transfer complies with the safeguards of art. 33 of the LGPD.
Sensitive data is collected only with free, informed and specific consent, and may be withdrawn at any time, without prejudice to the continuity of the other services.
We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access control. Data may be processed on servers located abroad, with appropriate safeguards (art. 33 of the LGPD).
We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purposes described and to comply with legal obligations. Once the account is closed, data is deleted or anonymized, except in cases of mandatory retention.
At any time, you may request: confirmation of processing; access; correction; anonymization or deletion; portability; information about data sharing; and withdrawal of consent. To exercise your rights, contact our Data Protection Officer (below). We will respond within the legal timeframe. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
We may use cookies, local storage and similar identifiers for authentication (including to keep your session in the web panel at studio.akezi.app), security and usage metrics. You can manage permissions and clear storage in your browser or device.
The Platform is intended for persons over 18. We do not intentionally collect data from minors without the consent of their guardians.
This Policy may be updated. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform.
When a Professional uses Akezi Studio to register data about their own clients (for example, name, phone, birthday, preferences and appointment notes, which may include sensitive data), the Professional is the controller of that data and Akezi acts as the processor, handling it only to provide the management tools and following the Professional's instructions. The Professional is responsible for having an adequate legal basis, informing their clients and responding to rights requests. If you are a client of a Professional and wish to exercise rights over such data, please contact the Professional; we can help route the request.
