Delete account and data

You can delete your Akezi account and its associated data at any time.

In the app

Open the app and sign in.
Go to Profile and tap Delete account.
Confirm your identity (password or social sign-in) and confirm the deletion.

Without access to the app

Email privacidade@oligontech.com from your registered address with the subject "Delete Akezi account". We respond within the legal deadline.

What is deleted

Name, email, phone, CPF (tax ID) and profile photo.
Professional profile, services, portfolio photos and notification tokens.
Content of messages, reviews and notes is anonymized.

What may be retained

Booking and payment records are kept in anonymized form for the period required by law and for fraud prevention, as described in the Privacy Policy.
